She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

She began her career at Konsuma Credit Limited, a non-bank financial institution where she worked in the Treasury and Finance Departments and rose to the management level before joining KPMG Audit (now Deloitte) for the required training to function effectively as a Chartered Accountant.

She left KPMG Audit and has been working as a consultant in various capacities related to her field including but not restricted to setting up financial accounting systems, review and reporting both internally and externally.
